Atlantic Building & Realty’s list of achievements is
unmatched among luxury custom home builders in
Rhode Island. Mark DePasquale, the owner, grew up
in the family business in Southern New England at
R & W Realty and DePasquale Brothers of North
Providence, Rhode Island. At that time, Mark was
involved in developing residential properties in
Lee’s Farm Subdivision as well as other custom
suburban estates in Northern Rhode Island.

Mark went on to create Phoenix Ridge and Quail
Ridge Subdivisions in Cranston. Several other
important projects Mark completed include the
Barrington Public Safety Complex, the URI Alumni
Center, and the CCRI campus in Newport.
